Tradr Announces Liquidation of DOGD, ENPX, MDBX, NNEX, SNPX & VOYX

NEW YORK, April 9, 2026 – Tradr ETFs, a provider of ETFs designed for sophisticated investors and professional traders, today announced that a plan of liquidation has been approved for the following funds: 

• Tradr 2X Long DDOG Daily ETF (DOGD)
• Tradr 2X Long ENPH Daily ETF (ENPX)
• Tradr 2X Long MDB Daily ETF (MDBX)
• Tradr 2X Long NNE Daily ETF (NNEX)
• Tradr 2X Long SNPS Daily ETF (SNPX)
• Tradr 2X Long VOYG Daily ETF (VOYX) 

Each Fund will create and redeem creation units through April 20, 2026, which will be the last day of trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange. On or about April 27, 2026, each Fund will cease operations, liquidate assets and prepare to distribute proceeds to shareholders of record.
